my most recent hangup in interior design is shelving systems instead of bookcases. it’s like a elongation of the wall and it dosen’t pack your things into square boxes. instead it works like a 3d gallery, displaying your stuff like it’s part of the decor in the room. second photo by the selby.

i found this set of pictures in one of my folders and they were so neatly placed next to each other that one might think that they actually do belong together.. unfortunately i only know two of the sources, the first picture is from introphonics lovely flickr and the third one is from parachutgirl. i love the grass lettering in the last picture!

they’re a little blurry but i still find these very inspiring. the playfulness of the first picture, the crisp, clean light in the second picture (which by the way looks a little like creative agency brittonbrittons offices on östermalm, lovely) and the confused organizing of the third. one of the images is by apartment therapy.
de är lite suddiga men jag tycker ändå att de är inspirerande. lekfullheten i den första bilden, det krispigt rena och ljusa i den andra (som för övrigt påminner mig om den kreativa kommunikationsbyrån brittonbrittons lokaler på östermalm, underbara) och den förvirrade organiseringen på den tredje. en av bilderna kommer ifrån apartment therapy.
