Julian Schnabel är nog min drömman – konstnär, regissör och arkitekt. Han köpte byggnaden ovan 1997, hjälpte till att skapa den nya interiören och exteriören och döpte sitt slott, mitt i New York till Palazzo Chupi. Byggnaden känns dock numer lite för stor för honom och hans familj så den är till salu. Om du har $27000000 över och letar efter ett mysigt hem mitt i Soho så vet du vart du ska vända dig ;)

He bought the building itself in 1997 for his family. Now, however, he considers it a little too big and the building is up for sale.
