the second photo is a photo print by bauke knottnerus… i love the idea! it would be great for a moving-in party - you just print up a great setting and hide all your junk and boxes behind it..

interior design photos are seldom about emotion or personality, they’re more about decoration and creating aesthetically appealing, symmetrical compositions of furniture and art..
apartamento magazine however is more of a lifestyle magazine - full of lovely, quirky photos by handpicked, talented photograpers - so real they make you feel like you’re actually visiting someones small flat in paris, full of flowered wallpapers and peculiar lamps.
it’s a little like lula, the fashion magazine that is more of a fairy tale than an agressive editorial.
apartamento is like.. a fictional story, only you create the characters and the scenerys yourself.

there is something so amazingly cosy over this home! after infinte posts of light, clean spaces - finally (?) one you would actually feel secure and cuddled up in. and who dosen’t love to cuddle?
$4,500.00 is the perverse price tag on the origami lamp if you were by any chance wondering..
