i love that dress, the model is just perfect. and all red traffic lights should be shaped as hearts, at least on saturdays.

The dress is lovely, romantic, feminine and innocent the thigh highs add the sexay. You have a good point about the red lights in the shape of hearts. I think it might make people slow down and think, especially if they are speeding or something.
